The members who get the most out of this space are the ones who make themselves known. That could be attending webinars, dropping into the WhatsApp chat, or just letting me know what’s going on for you regularly. I get to know some of you very personally, and that level of support is available to anyone who shows up and asks for it!
Just so you know, It’s not about watching all the content. What’s better: watching 35 webinars a year and changing nothing or watching three, taking action, and actually improving your business and life? Take it at your pace
This is not a 6 week couse its a life long club. We are here for you for every step of your business and life now. You aint ever gonna leave this safty net of happiness :)
By joining Not Another Club, you understand that participation in WhatsApp groups and webinars is entirely voluntary. These platforms are considered open, community-based spaces intended for mutual support and shared learning.
Anything you choose to say, whether in writing or aloud, is done so at your own discretion and risk. By participating, you are consenting to share that information publicly within the group, and it may be seen, heard, or remembered by other members. Please only share what you are comfortable being heard by others.
Not Another Club cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any information shared in these spaces. We are unable to control or restrict who joins the platform, which may include salon staff, ex-employees, competitors, or others you may prefer not to share with.
In accordance with UK GDPR:
- We do not request or collect personal or business-sensitive data in these forums.
- Any personal or business information shared is voluntary, and is not stored or processed by us beyond the platform it was shared on.
- All webinars are recorded and participation implies consent. You are free to keep your camera and microphone off at any time.
- We ask that all members engage with respect, awareness, and integrity. You are responsible for your own boundaries and contributions within the community.
Friendly Advice, Not Legally Binding: All information, tips, and advice given through Not Another Club, whether from Sophia, any of our coaches, ambassadors, or fellow members, is meant to help you, but it’s not official legal, financial, or professional counsel specifically tailored by a certified professional to your exact situation. In plain English: we share what’s worked for us or others, but we can’t guarantee it will work for you, and we’re not liable if you try something and it doesn’t go as planned. You know your business best, so you got to use your judgment too. Consider NAC like a trusted friend giving suggestions, not a lawyer or accountant giving you binding directives.
No Liability for Outcomes: By using our advice or implementing ideas from NAC, you agree that you won’t hold us responsible for any losses or damages. Basically, if you raise your prices because we said you probably should, and one grumpy client leaves, that’s on you (though we bet you’ll gain two more!). If you follow a marketing tip and it doesn’t bring a million clients overnight, we’re here to troubleshoot it with you, but we’re not legally at fault. You get the gist – we provide the tools, you swing the hammer.
Respect Confidentiality: This is a two-way street. We expect you to keep confidential any sensitive stories or details shared by members in confidence. Similarly, the content we provide (videos, PDFs, etc.) is for your use. Please don’t share our proprietary materials outside the membership. We’ve poured heart, soul, and a lot of coffee into creating this stuff for you. Encourage friends to join NAC if they want in on the goodness, but avoid being that person who pirates the content. It’s not just legal stuff – it’s about respecting the hard work behind the scenes and keeping our club sustainable.
Membership Terms: All the standard membership terms apply (you likely saw these when signing up). Things like payment obligations, cancellation policy, and access rights. We won’t repeat all that fine print here, but remember your membership is probably a subscription – if you cancel, you lose access after your paid period, etc. If you have any questions about the terms you agreed to at signup, reach out to us at support and we’ll clarify.
1. Membership Subscription
You will be charged the membership fee on or around the 1st of every month, plus applicable taxes.
2. Access to Resources
As a member, you will have access to a variety of exclusive resources, including but not limited to, digital content, marketing tools, community forums, and expert support.
3. Updates
Program benefits and topics covered may be updated periodically. Members will be informed of any significant changes to these via email and WhatsApp. Members benefits are subject to change.
4. Billing
The membership fee is billed on a monthly basis. We will automatically charge your payment method on the 1st of each month.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid billing for the next month, you must cancel your membership before the 1st of the upcoming month. To cancel your membership please contact pa@notanother.com.
6. Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel your membership, you will lose access to all membership resources, including digital content, tools, and support services, on the 1st of the following month, regardless of when you cancel.
7. Failed Payments
In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you via email or any other contact method you have provided. The notification will include details of the failed payment and instructions on how to resolve the issue.
